Use of ScheduleMyAthletics

ScheduleMyAthletics provides tools to help athletic directors, conferences, leagues, and schedulers create athletic schedules based on information, rules, and constraints entered by the user.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing generated schedules before publication or distribution. Schedule outputs should be checked for accuracy, local rules, school policies, facility availability, transportation considerations, and any governing body requirements.

Credits and Schedule Cycles

One credit represents one sport schedule for one schedule year. A two-year schedule cycle uses two credits, and a three-year schedule cycle uses three credits.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for lawful athletic scheduling and administrative purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the application.
• Do not submit content that violates another party’s rights or privacy.

No Guarantee of Final Approval

The system is designed to assist with schedule creation, but final approval remains with the school, conference, league, or responsible administrator.
